The policy requirements are as follows:
1) Control restricted substances in raw materials/components and products to comply with domestic and international regulations on restricted substances.
2) Control restricted substances in raw materials/components and products to comply with customer requirements.
3) Control restricted substances in raw materials/components and products to comply with “Conflict Minerals” regulations.
4) Establish methods for inspecting/verifying raw materials/components from suppliers before use in production.
5) Promote awareness and understanding of restricted substances and conflict minerals among relevant internal personnel and suppliers.
The company will provide adequate and appropriate resources to ensure the successful implementation of this policy.
